Bug Not receiving email notifications

Noticed that threads that I am subscribed to I am no longer receiving email notifications when threads have new replies.

I updated my account with a new email address to see if that would help, but still no email notifications, yet I see that threads have new replies within them.

I did, however, receive an email from LHCF regarding the update of the new email address.

Anyone else having this problem?

I am as well. I thought it had something to do with my cookies, which I cleared, and still no email notifications from LHCF. I know that performing this action for a similar issue from another site a few months back restored the notifications. It hasn't done that for lhcf. Now I see you're having the same issue, I know it's not my computer anymore.

Black hair care forum was having this same problem a few years ago, and as a result, I eventually stopped subscribing. I hope and pray that will not happen with lhcf because I do love it here so much.

Yes, I've stopped receiving email notifications too. It's not going into my spam, nothing is coming through, happened right after I posted about the spam sent from lhcf.com.

This has been happening to me for months. I thought maybe there was a limit to the number of threads you could subscribe to and receive notifications.

It's been a week, has anyone gotten a response from their ticket? Even if they're not able to fix the problem yet, a non-automated response would go a long way.

I haven't gotten any responses either. I'd hate to know that I have another year and a half of membership left and go without any email notification in all of that time ( I always sign up for 2 years at a time). That would truly infuriate me and I would need a refund for at least a year of that.

The least that can happen is we should be given some type of timeline or like Asha97 indicated, a non-automated response from SOMEBODY! I gatta be honest, it's been about 3 weeks since I've had an email from all my subscriptions. I get a notification from 2 of my subs at 2:02am once a day and that's it - not cool - not happy. I signed up for instant email notifications and I have over 7 or 800 subs.

Still waiting for an answer:look:.

Looks like I may have to try and get 1 year of membership restored back to me. How do I go about that @Dak? I don't think I'm interested in LHCF membership after all this time of NOT having my notifications restored, and worse yet, no response from the owners and administrators of the site. This is unacceptable customer service - I hope you understand.

I don't use email notifications but I find it odd that it sees like the admin is on vacay :look:. What is going on? This is a pay site. We expect a level of customer service.

I hate to speculate why this hasn't gotten fixed yet, but I do wish there was some sort of response besides this silence.

I'm not receiving any notifications either. I guess we are not complaining enough. Nobody is manning this site. Wow! I have a two year membership. I guess we all should put in a ticket. I don't know how to do it at this point, however, I'll re-read this thread and figure it out.

I submitted a ticket last month on the 19th. I just checked and it says the ticket is still open, but nothing's being done about it.

I got an e-mail notification for one thread; that's what made me check. To me, that still doesn't solve the problem, especially when I have over 350 subscriptions.

SMH....but when it's time to renew they're quick to get their money or sweat us until we renew our yearly or 2-year subscriptions.
